PURPOSE:To produce a health food effective for the cleaning of blood, hematosis, conditioning of the stomach and intestines, remedy of ulcer, and evacuation, by mixing dandelion and wormwood to obtain a gelatinous extract, adding a binder thereto, and drying the product. CONSTITUTION:50-90% dandelion 2 is mixed with 50-10% wormwood 3 in the step 4, and the obtained mixture 4A and a specific amount of water 4B are put into a metallic or porcelain pan 5 in the extraction step 1. The pan is heated on a slow fire for about 24-55hr in the heating step 7 to obtain a gelatinous extract 6. The extract 6 is mixed with 20-3% binder 9 composed of fibrous powder, etc. in the mixing step 10 of the forming process 8. The mixture 11 produced by the mixing step 10 is formed in the form of e.g. sphere, pellet, etc. in the forming step 12, and dried with hot air, etc. in the drying step 13 to obtain the objective health food. |
