摘要 The invention concerns a method for navigating through a region of interest designed to be used in a radiography device (100) of the type comprising an X-ray source (104), recording means (103) arranged opposite said source and a support (105) whereon an object (106) to be X-rayed comprising the region of interest is to be positioned, the method comprising steps which consist in: a) acquiring three-dimensional image data of a volume (V1 ) of the region of interest; b) calculating, at time t, a two-dimensional projection image of all or part of the volume (V1) and/or of a sub-volume of said volume (V1) based on the positions of the support (105), of the source (104) and of the recording means (103), of a field of view, focal and object distances; c) optionally superimposing or subtracting to/from the projection image and/or of the sub-volume along a specific planar cross-section a fluoroscopy image associated with the positions of the support (105), of the source (104) and of the recording means (103) with the field of view, the focal and object distances, at time t; and d) displaying on display means an image and/or a volume resulting from step c), and/or the projection and/or sub-volume image.
