An aroma generating device has a heat radiating plate (22) stacked on the heat-emitting device (21) and a heat-extraction fan (23) with a plate body (24) with corresponding clamping arms (231) formed on either side of the heat-extraction fan (23). An aromatic layer (242) is placed in the interior of the plate body (24) and as a result of the activity of the heat-extraction fan (23) an aroma is emitted within the information product e.g. computer.
