Transfer impedances (TIs) (5-9,5'-9') are connected in series. Coils (10-12,10'-12') are connected in parallel to certain TIs (6-8,6'-8') excluding the first (5,5') and last (9,9') TIs. Each parallel circuit connects to connections on a middle TI (7,7') from transverse capacitors (17,18) and from a series connection from transverse resistors (13,14) and other capacitors (15,16).
