NOVEL PROTEINS AND DNAS ENCODING THE SAME

It is intended to propose a method of utilizing proteins and DNAs encoding the same based on the physiological activity thereof by analyzing the base sequences of cDNA clones involved in a catalogued full-length cDNA library and specifying the physiological activity of proteins encoded by clones having novel sequences thus detected. Namely, the following proteins (a) and (b) are provided: (a) a protein comprising an amino acid sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOS:27 to 52 and 62; and (b) a protein comprising an amino acid sequence derived from an amino sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOS:27 to 52 and 62 by deletion, substitution and/or addition of one to several amino acids and having a kinase activity.
