<p>A stabilizer for thermoplastic resins which comprises an alkylated glucoside; and a thermoplastic resin composition which comprises a thermoplastic resin composition and, incorporated therein, either the alkylated glucoside or a combination thereof with a calcium-zinc type and/or barium-zinc type stabilizer and which further contains an inorganic acid scavenger such as hydrotalcite, a dolomite compound, or the hydroxide or oxide of an alkaline earth metal. This composition has significantly improved thermal stability. Also provided is a molded object of the thermoplastic resin composition.</p> |
