Oxazolidinone derivatives represented by the general formula (I), (II), or (III) and having excellent Th1-selective immunosuppressive activity, or pharmacologically acceptable salts, esters, or other derivatives thereof: (I) (II) (III) wherein R<1> and R<2> are each substituted phenyl or the like; R<3> and R<4> are each hydrogen, lower alkyl, or the like; R<5> is lower alkyl, lower alkylsulfinyl lower alkyl, lower alkylsulfonyl lower alkyl, or the like; R<6> is lower alkyl or the like; m is an integer of 0 to 2; and n is an integer of 1 to 6, with the proviso that in the general formula (I), R<5> is a group except hydrogen, lower alkyl, and lower alkyl having one oxygen atom in the carbon chain when R<3> and R<4> are simultaneously hydrogen.
