The Sound Level Limiter for electro-acoustic devices is introducing the ballast to affect the signal on its path through amplifier anywhere from input to loudspeaker in order to lower the engaged output signal level, so the sound level on loudspeaker as well, during excess of desired set value for the sound level measured in dB. Intended for application whereever the noise level regulation to be respected (pub, café, disco,) or by free judgment. Limiter is used as a signal system only, to ascertain the levels and excess by using the switch for undisturbed (continuous) reproduction of sound in excess. The Limiter is powered internally with rechargeable battery recharged automatically from the amplifier output signal or externally using the network power supply or the amplifiers existing power supply. The Limiter can be placed in its own casing or in amplifier or speaker casings. |
