The device is designed as a pipe (1) with a small diameter bent upwards at the lower end and provided with three nozzles (3) at the upper surface. The water temperature should be adjusted in advance. When the toilet has been used the device(1) is guided to the affected areas while still seated and the lock (5) at the upper end of the pipe (1) is opened. A second pipe of the same shape is fitted with a tissue pad for a dry cleaning in particular in the case of a person with difficulties to reach the areas to be cleaned.
