The carrying handle is produced from a single component that has two half sections [1,3] linked by a reduced section that forms two hinges [4]. Formed within each arm are a pair of mating stud [7] and bush [8] elements. When the two halves are folded together the studs and bushes engage to secure them together. The unit is attached to bags, packages etc and is held by the grip section [13].
