PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door drive mechanism of an air-conditioner for vehicles which does not need to carry out an exclusive design for each type of a car but can be used in common with each type of the car. SOLUTION: The door drive mechanism is constituted of an operation member 14 manually operated by an occupant; an operation side pulley 21 which is provided at the operation member 14 and swivels by a displacement of the operation member 14; an air-conditioning case side pulley 25 connected to an air-passageway opening/closing door 24; a first cable 26 which connects the operation side pulley 21 to the air-conditioning case side pulley 25, and is rolled round by the operation side pulley 21 when the operation side pulley 21 swivels to one direction, so as to drive the air-passageway opening/closing door 24 in a closing direction; and a second cable 27 which connects the operation side pulley 21 to the air-conditioning case side pulley 25, and is rolled round by the operation side pulley 21 when the operation side pulley 21 swivels in the other direction, so as to drive the air-passageway opening/closing door 24 in an opening direction.
