PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial satellite structure having a module configuration in which a payload assembly and a bus assembly are independent from each other to avoid cost increase due to complex design, and capable of mounting enough number of electronic devices on the payload assembly while maintaining the size and the strength at the same level as a conventional structure. SOLUTION: The artificial satellite structure comprises a payload assembly 1 which is formed in the shape of a box by a payload assembly panel 3, and a bus assembly 2 which is formed at a lower end of the payload assembly 1 by a bus assembly panel 4. Four tubular type cylinders 5 are arranged in a square in the bus assembly 2, and inside each cylinder 5, fuel tanks 6 on which fuel is dividedly loaded are arranged and fixed to the cylinder by a plurality of tank support points 8 on the circumference.
