PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedal and a pedal outfitter for training and mastering the using method for hamstring muscles used for rotating a bicycle pedal. SOLUTION: In this structure of the bicycle pedal, the force for pressing the pedal 2 from above is applied to one end of a linear member which is an attachment mounted on the pedal 2 to be fixed to the pedal by screws and belts by a musculus quadriceps femoris, a member 4 is released by a pin of a heel receiving part 5 not to transmit force, and when the force is applied in the direction of pushing from the front to the back, the pedal can be rotated, whereby the use of the hamstring muscles can be mastered.
