PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor capable of detecting clogging caused by a film formed on a surface of a carrier accumulated under a column to avoid liquid leakage from the column when a protein material with a tag fused and the carrier with a substance having affinity to the tag bonded are injected into the column. SOLUTION: This reactor is provided with a reaction vessel and a dispensing means for injecting the protein material with a tag fused and the carrier with a substance having affinity to the tag bonded into the column. The reactor is characterized by forming a means for detecting the position of the liquid level in the column. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
