PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polysulfone copolymer which can extremely effectively fractionate an albumin and a harmful matter having the same molecular weight as the albumin while having good blood compatibility, specifically, having a sulfo group capable of producing an extracorporeal circulation blood treatment film having a negative electric charge layer exponentially improving a fractioning performance. SOLUTION: The polysulfone copolymer is composed of a segment comprising a sulfonated aromatic polysulfone which is a sulfonate of an aromatic polysulfone and a segment comprising a hydrophilic polymer.
