PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an emulsion explosive having viscosity at a level enabling a mechanical charge by a pump, or the like, and good stability in the course time. SOLUTION: The waterdrop in oil type emulsion explosive contains a condensation product of a primary amine to a tertiary amine with a polyalkyl (alkenyl) acid lactone as an emulsifier.
