PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a very large rush current has occurred when a fish finder provided with a plurality of transmitting parts is actuated. SOLUTION: A first transmitting part 16a is connected to a transducer 12a for projecting detecting waves into the water, and projects the detecting waves on the basis of an instruction from a processing part 102. A charge control processing unit 104 outputs a signal to a charge control circuit 108 in such a way that a time difference occurs in the timing of starting electric power supply for the first transmitting part 16a and a second transmitting part. The charge control circuit 108 starts to supply electric power for each transmitting part at the timing instructed by the charge control processing part 104.
