RESISTOR-CONDUCTOR HYBRID AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistor-conductor hybrid for maintaining characteristics of values of resistance even for alcohol fuel. SOLUTION: The resistor-conductor hybrid arranged in fuel comprises the resistor 2 and the conductor 1. The resistor 2 is formed from ruthenium system resistor paste containing ruthenium (Ru) not less than 15% and silver (Ag) not more than 5% after burning. The conductor 1 is formed from silver system conductor paste containing the silver (Ag) not more than 75% and palladium (Pd) not less than 25% after the burning. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
