SOLUTION: In this individual distributed type cooling apparatus of a computer provided on a double floor structure 1 having an under-floor ventilation flue 1a inside, a cooling apparatus body 2 with a ventilation flue 2a for exhaust communication with the under-floor ventilation flue 1a formed inside is provided on the double floor structure 1 with a predetermined interval from the computer 3, a blower port 4 is opened on an upper floor 1b between the cooling apparatus body 2 and the computer 3, and on a wall face of the blower/cooling apparatus body 3 opposing the computer 3, a flat thermoelectric cooling element 5 is provided with its face opposing the computer as a cooling face 5a.
