PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix an orthogonal reducer to a counter body such as a floor by using a leg member as a separate member utilizing an installation hole in its torque arm. SOLUTION: A first and a second protruded parts 42B and 43B are formed by machining on an outer circumference of an output shaft 23R of a reducer GB. The leg member 60 is provided with a base body 62, and two vertical leg parts 64 and 66. The vertical leg parts 64 and 66 are perpendicularly raised at an interval WB from the base body 62. Abutment parts 64t and 66t of the vertical leg parts 64 and 66 are made to abut on machined surfaces of the first protruded parts 42B and 43B, thereby the leg member 60 is fixed to a gear box (reducer main body) 21B.
