PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift lever capable of achieving stable quality without being influenced by bonding conditions. SOLUTION: In this shift lever, an upper lever 2 of a grip is installed on an upper end of a lower lever 1 through rubber insertion parts 8 and 7 at upper and lower two positions. The lower rubber insertion part 7 is constituted by connecting an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve with a cylindrical insertion rubber. The upper rubber insertion part 8 is constituted by fitting an insertion rubber on an outer periphery of an inner sleeve. The inner sleeve 9 of the lower rubber insertion part 7 is fitted on and fixed on a knurl part 6 provided on the lower lever 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
