METHOD FOR MEASURING SHAPE ACCURACY OF GEAR FOR TAPE FEEDER DRIVE MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a shape accuracy of a gear for a tape feeder drive motor which can surely guarantee the shape accuracy in a state associated in the tape feeder.

SOLUTION: The method for measuring the shape accuracy of the gear for the tape feeder drive motor to measure the shape accuracy of a groove of the gear for the motor comprises the steps of: setting the motor 20 to a shape accuracy measuring unit in a state in which a bevel gear 21 of the gear to be measured is mounted in a using state at an output shaft 20a of the motor 20 of the drive shaft of the tape feeder; pressing the groove of the gear 21 to the groove of a transmission gear member 11b as a measuring reference gear by a predetermined measuring load; and measuring a vertical displacement of the gear 21 when the member 11b is rotated. Thus, the shape accuracy of the gear 21 in the state associated in the feeder can be surely guaranteed.
