PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actinic energy ray-reactive electrical insulation ink that has strong adhesion to a substrate such as a flexible printed circuit board, a polyethylene terephthalate film, a polyimide film, an ITO (indium tin oxide) vapor deposition film or an ITO vapor deposition glass and that is excellent in applicability and printability as well as electrical insulating properties, and to provide a laminate using the same. SOLUTION: The actinic energy ray-reactive electrical insulation ink is characterized in that it comprises a copolymerized polyester (A) and/or a modified material (B) thereof and a monofunctional acrylate monomer (C) and that the formulation ratio ä(A)+(B)}/(C) is 20/80-75/25 (ratio by weight).
