PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container holder and a container sealing device provided with the holder where a flange support body supporting the flange part of a container is surely fixed on a holder main body in heat sealing and the flange support body is easily removed in replacing the flange support body. SOLUTION: This container holder 30 is provided with a container insertion hole 31 for inserting a container main body 3, a holder main body 33 with an annular groove 32 encircling the outer periphery of the flange part 4 of a container 1 held by the container holder 30, a flange support body 35 with a catching recess 34 on its outer peripheral face being positioned between the hole 31 and the groove 32, and a catching ring 40 with its one end fixed removably in the groove 32 and the other end fitted with the catching recess 34 for catching the flange support body 35.
