PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doctor device which can eliminate the need for frequent adjustment and replacement and which is superior in maintainability. SOLUTION: An air injection hole 10a is arranged oppositely to the rotational direction of a reel drum 3 in the vicinity of the surface of the reel drum 3. Air is injected to the surface of the reel drum 3 from the air injection hole 10a by supplying the air to the air injection hole 10a from an air supply pipe 10.
