PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load and unload a tire without hindrance even if a device is provided to reduce the noise generated in wheels while a vehicle travels. SOLUTION: A rim section 5 is fixed to the outer peripheral end edge of a wheel 3 attached to a hub 1, and the tire 6 is mounted on the outer peripheral side of the rim section 5, and a sealed air chamber 7 is formed by the rim section 5 and the tire 6. A sealed sub chamber 9 is provided on the inner peripheral side of the rim section 5 provided with an orifice 10 to communicate the air chamber 7 with the sub chamber 9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
