PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight resin fan blade having an excellent mechanical strength. SOLUTION: This resin fan blade is formed in a double layer structure having a core material made of resin or steel. A projection or an irregular part is formed with the surface of the core material.
