PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce the number of parts to be disposed off when an electric blower fails and also make these parts to be easily recycled. SOLUTION: A fan unit 23 and an electric motor unit 2 are formed so as to be easily removed by means of screws 27. The rotating shaft 3 of the electric motor unit 2 is separably connected to the rotating shaft 3a of the fan unit 23 so that, when the electric blower 1 fails, only the electric motor unit 2 may be replaced. Thus, the number of parts to be disposed off is remarkably reduced, and these parts are easily recycled to contribute to the improvement of a global environment. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
