PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent seizing of a sub-pump disposed to a sub-tank, in a vehicle having a main tank and the sub-tank. SOLUTION: A fuel supply system controls fuel supply of the vehicle having a main pump 120 disposed to the main tank and the sub-pump 140 disposed to the sub-tank. The fuel supply system includes: a starter relay 202 connected to a starter 200 for starting an engine of the vehicle to switch between supply and stop of supply of electric power to the starter 200; and a relay 402 for forced-driving the sub-pump that is connected to the sub-pump 140 and an output side of the starter relay 202, and becomes in a state for supplying the electric power to the sub-pump 140 when current passes from the starter relay 202 to an exciting coil.
