PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin panel that can regulate the height of a panel body to a mounted surface to a fixed value in mounting the panel body to the mounted surface while creating a three-dimensional, original atmosphere. SOLUTION: The panel body is provided with first pattern forming parts and second pattern forming parts bent in rugged shape, and the first pattern forming parts extend in the direction of intersecting the second pattern forming parts. The edge of the panel body is provided with a positioning flange bent onto the back face side of the panel body to regulate the mounting position of the panel body to a mounted surface. A regulating part for regulating the mounting position of the panel body to the mounted surface by abutting the mounted surface when mounting the panel body to the mounted surface is provided near the intersecting part of the first pattern forming part and second pattern forming part on the back face side of the panel body.
