PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fireproof surrounding wall structure for a base isolating apparatus having excellent fireproof performance with excellent follow-up performance in both vertical and horizontal directions of upper and lower surrounding wall bodies. SOLUTION: In this fireproof surrounding wall structure 1 surrounding the base isolating apparatus with a fireproof surrounding wall body, a joint part 40 between the upper surrounding wall body 20 fixed to an upper structural skeleton 2 of a building, and the lower surrounding wall body 30 fixed to a lower structural skeleton 3, is provided with a fireproof cushioning material 4 compressed in two-fold of an upper piece part 41 and a lower piece part 43. The upper piece part 41 of the cushioning material 4 and the upper surrounding wall body 20 are fixed to each other, while the lower piece part 43 of the cushioning material 4 and the lower surrounding wall body 30 are not fixed to each other.
