Process for manufacturing novel foodstuffs for rat extermination, with inclusion of a bait. The process is characterised in that it consists in making a homogeneous mixture of an animal fat with a synthetic fat, in heating the homogeneous mixture to a temperature higher than the melting point; in adding cereals to the molten mixture while stirring; in adding an active material; then in pouring the homogeneous mixture obtained in moulds of appropriate dimensions to obtain portions.
