PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a rotary bezel is not removed or an exclusive tool is necessary to remove it, dust, sand, etc., enter a part between the case and the rotary bezel, smooth rotation is not obtained, and rust is to be caused. SOLUTION: This structure is constituted of a cast band 2 having an external thread 2b on a side wall and a register ring fixing part 2a on an upper surface outer periphery, a register ring 3 having an engaging protrusion 3b on an outer periphery, and a fixing ring 5 having a flange 5a in an upper part of an inner periphery and a peripheral internal thread 5b on an inner wall. A register ring 3 is set in the register ring fixing part 2a of the case band 2. While the flange 5a is engaged with the engaging protrusion 3b of the register ring 3, the internal thread 5b of the fixing ring 5 is screwed to the external thread 2b to the case band 2, thereby detachably fixing the register ring 3 to the case band 2. Lock mechanism is installed wherein a lock segment 6 for fixing the ring 5 to the band 2 is fixed to a carabiner guard 7 by uneven engagement.
