PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer and its management system for simply comprehending the supply condition of pure water used in an analyzer and the discharge condition of waste liquid discharged out of the analyzer, and determining appropriately and rapidly whether something is wrong with a pure water supply system or a waste water discharge system. SOLUTION: This analyzer is equipped with a pure water tank 205 for pooling pure water carried from a pure water manufacturing device 203 through a water pipe 204, a waste liquid tank 206 for pooling waste liquid discharged at respective units of an automatic analyzer 208, a waste liquid line 207 for discharging the waste liquid to the exterior of the analyzer 208, and a pure water/waste liquid detecting mechanism 209 for detecting and monitoring data related to the pipe 204 for pure water, to the tank 26, and to the line 207, and concerning the pure water supplying condition and the waste liquid discharging condition with respect to the analyzer 208.
