PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspecting machine for eliminating a process for welding a support plate to a rack frame, abbreviating the grinding machining of the support plate for reducing machining time and machining costs, and improving a cosmetic design. SOLUTION: At least three columns 1 extended in a perpendicular direction are provided while being separated one another, a beam member 15 for connecting the adjacent columns 1, 1 is provided at the lower portion of the central section of the column, a mounting seat 16 is fixed at least at three positions of the beam member 15 so that the upper surface is located nearly on the same lane, a support plate 2 is placed on the mounting seats 16, the support plate 2 is fixed to the mounting seats 16 by a bolt 18, and main equipment for inspection is installed on the support plate 2.
