PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior finishing material with which floor materials favorable in the interior appearance can be easily installed and a baseboard can be easily fitted without necessity of a highly constructive accuracy and a high technique whose expansion/contraction is considered and without impairment of the functionality of the interior finishing material, in the execution of the floor material and execution of a baseboard with the execution of the floor material. SOLUTION: In a vertical baseboard 21 attached to the upper wall face W than the opposite face 13 between one end face of a floor material 11 laid on the floor face 1 of a slab or the like and a wall face, a horizontal end member 23 covering the upper face of the end 12 of the floor material 11 is installed in the baseboard body 22.
