PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening-closing mechanism of an opening port and a self lock mechanism of a closing member of the opening-closing mechanism of the opening port, which make manual operating of locking and unlocking unnecessary, eliminate problems caused by forgetfulness of locking or unlocking, and are suitably used as a ventilation damper rotating a closing member by directly responding to the strength of wind to opening or closing the opening port. SOLUTION: The ventilation damper 1 is equipped with: a frame means 5 partitioning the opening port 4 for communicating the inside 2 with the outside 3 of a building; an opening port opening and closing means 7 arranged rotatably in the A direction and the B direction in the opening port 4 of the frame means 5 and having a laterally-long hollow closing member 6 opening-closing the opening port 4; and a rotating means 8 rotating the closing member 6 of the opening port opening-closing means in the A direction and the B direction so as to compulsorily closing the opening port 4 with the closing member 6 of the opening-closing means 7.
