PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition which gives a molded product having excellent impact resistance and surface appearance and free from thermal discoloration, even when molded at a high temperature. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 100 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin, (B) 0.01 to 5 pts.wt. of a specific structure phenolic compound having a double bond, and (C) 0.001 to 5 pts.wt. of a specific structure cyclic phosphate compound having two benzene skeletons and a phenol skeleton.
