PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side sill reinforced structure of a vehicle including a V-shaped section part 46 formed by bending a reinforcement member 32 along the lower surface 31b of an upper part 31a of an outer panel 31, connecting an upper fitting part 42 as the bent part to the upper part 31a of the outer panel 31, and downward bending the tip of the upper fitting part 42. SOLUTION: The upper fitting part of the reinforcement member is connected to the upper part of the outer member, thereby reinforcing the upper part of the outer member, and the upper part of the outer member and the lower part of the side sill are connected to each other by the V-shaped sectional part of the reinforcing member, thereby firmly connecting the upper part of the outer member and the lower part of the side sill. Thus, the rigidity of the side sill against bending and twisting can be efficiently improved by such a simple structure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
