PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve running performance (riding comfortableness) and to improve workability. SOLUTION: This transmission mechanism is provided with a rectilinear propagation system transmission path A for transmitting rotation from an engine to right and left wheels in the rectilinear propagation state, right and left side clutches 22 for connecting and disconnecting transmission of rotation to and from the rectilinear propagation path A, and rotation transmission path B for turning for separately transmitting rotation for turning to an axle 24 on turning inside from which right and left side clutches 22 are disconnected between right and left axes 24 of the running gear. The rotation transmission path B for turning is provided with a buffer synchronizing means 31 for synchronizing the rotation of the rotation transmission path B for turning substantially similarly to the rotation of the rectilinear propagation system transmission path A in turning.
