PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a rolling bearing device requires a large scale equipment because of a hub shaft is formed by hot rolling and its product accuracy is low, causing the necessity of after-machining, increasing the number of processes and production costs. SOLUTION: Since at least one inner ring member 11 can be formed into a cylindrical shape by forming a guide member 23 for mounting a disk brake as a body separated from other components constituting the roller bearing device 1, the device 1 can be produced using even a small scale and low cost equipment more than a conventional device wherein a hub shaft is formed into a solid cross section and the inner ring member 11 can also be formed highly accurately, and the capacity and the weight of the whole of the device 1 can also be reduced, making it possible to reduce rotation torque as a follower ring.
