PURPOSE:To prevent the improper use of a credit card due to loss or robbery by displaying the regulated mark of a password number depressing a numeric key and locking eternally the display of the display part inputting a numeral other than the password number by the depression of the numeric key in more than several times continuously. CONSTITUTION:An integrated circuit is built in the credit card and a numeric key 2, a display part 3 and a solar battery 4 are provided on its surface. With inputting the password number, only a mark regulated in advance is displayed on the display part 3 and the displayed mark can be erased with a clear key 5 and no display can be obtained on the display part 3 even when the numeral other than the password number is inputted with the numeric key 2. Also, when the numeral other than the password number is inputted in more than several times continuously, the display of the mark on the display part 3 is locked and the credit card is impossible to use eternally and also, when a credit card 1 is peeled off and damaged once, the function of the integrated circuit embedded inside the card is impossible to operate, the card being impossible to use. Thereby, the improper use due to the loss or the robbery can be prevented. |
