The system has a ring bus bar (2), several outputs (7-10) connected to the bus bar via isolators (3-6), normally closed switching elements (11-14) between each two outputs and a base unit with four outputs and commutation (11,12) and switch-off (13,14) switching elements arranged so that each output is connected to a first adjacent output via a commutation element and to a second adjacent element via a switch-off element.
