<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-carry composite analyzer in which at least an optical analyzer and a mass spectrometer are combined. <P>SOLUTION: The composite analyzer is provided with a front-end part 30 composed of a photoacoustic analyzer to the inside of which a sample gas as an analytical object is introduced so as to analyze the sample gas by a photoacoustic method; an FTIR 10 as the optical analyzer to the inside of which the analyzed sample gas is introduced so as to analyze the sample gas on the basis of a change in light transmitted through the sample gas; an MS 20 as the mass spectrometer to the inside of which the analyzed sample gas is introduced so as to analyze the mass of a component constituting the sample gas; a battery 40 used to supply a power supply to the front-end part 30, the FTIR 10, and the MS 20; and a portable case 50 used to house the front-end part 30, the FTIR 10, the MS 20, and the battery 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
