PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photorefractive recording medium which is stable without causing a interphase separation for a long period of time even when writing-in and reading-out are repeated and to provide a recording apparatus, a reproducing apparatus and a recording and reproducing apparatus.

SOLUTION: The organic photorefractive recording medium is constituted by providing at least a recording layer containing a photoconductive substance and carbon nanotube being a nonlinear optical substance. Thereby, the medium is stable without causing interphase separation for a long period of time.
