PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a qualification method for test strips. SOLUTION: Software, a method, and a device attached thereto, for quality control, are disclosed in association with a certain fluid medical diagnosis device for potentiating measurement of blood coagulation time. The fluid device contains a certain test strip preferably having a sample port at one end thereof for introducing a certain sample therethrough while having a certain bladder at the other end thereof for sucking the sample into a certain measurement area. A certain conduit conveys the sample from the sample port to a certain qualification measurement area, and first and second contrastive measurement areas. Preferably, a certain stop/joint portion between each measurement area and the bladder is stopped to measure the flow of the sample. When the result of measurement performed in each contrast is included in a prescribed area or within a certain limit value, this qualification measurement is determined to be qualified.
