PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new polymerizable compound and a resin composition using the same excellent in workability and imparting a hardened product excellent in heat resistance, suitable for optical guided wave path and to provide the hardened product. SOLUTION: The polymerizable compound is one or more than one kind of compounds selected from (I) a reaction product of (a) terpene diphenol glycidylether with (b) (meth)acrylic acid and/or a (c) monocarboxylic acid containing a maleimide group, (II) a reaction product of the hydroxy group of product (I) and (d) 2-isocyanatoethyl methacrylate or (III) a reaction product of the hydroxy group of product (I) and a polybasic acid anhydride.
