PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a resin composition which is rapidly curable by irradiating the composition with an active energy such as ultraviolet rays, giving a cured product excellent in mechanical characteristics, having flexibility and low refractive index and excellent in transparency and applicable to a clad layer of an optical fiber for optical transmission. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a fluorine atom-containing urethane (meth)acrylate compound synthesized by using a triisocyanate compound as a synthetic raw material and a photopolymerization initiator.
