PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developing device having a function for preventing the fluctuation of heat developing density from being caused by the change of processing temperature in the case of consecutively processing heat developable photosensitive material. SOLUTION: In the case of heat-developing image data stored in a storage part 20, feed forward control is performed concerning the adjustment of exposure at an exposure part 30 and the adjustment of carrying speed in a heat developing processing part 40 previously set in accordance with specified processing load on the image data.
