PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a bobbin capable of preventing wire material and the like wounded by the bobbin from being damaged and folded during carrying and/or storing. SOLUTION: A winding core 100 having a cylindrical shape is manufactured, and wire material 24 and the like is wounded to a surface 15 of the winding core 100 to which the wire material is wounded while leaving both end portions 21, 21. The winding core 100 winding up the wire material is supported by upper and lower part supporting plates 212, 215, 232, 235 in the right and left of a packing member 200, and right and left side surfaces 210, 230, thereby packing the wire material 24 in the packing member 200 without contacting with the packing member 200.
